INTRODUCTION

E1 Fertilizer Production Station is a combined fertilizer granulation production line designed by EMCC, with a production capacity of 0.5/H-1.5T/H. It is widely acclaimed for its exquisite design, small footprint, simple operation, easy installation and low investment, and is the best choice if investors want to start from a small production line.

APPLICATION & ADVANTAGES

Although E1 Fertilizer production station is a combined station, it contains almost all the necessary elements for a fertilizer pelletizing line. E1 station can be used for organic fertilizer, organic-inorganic compound fertilizer, NPK fertilizer, and so on.

The E1 Station is especially designed for small production and small investment requirements.

The process flow is raw materail feeding system–drum granulator–burner&combustion chamber–rotary drum dryer–rotary screen system–dust collector–steel support system.
