Home / News / Blog

Rotary drum granulator is one of the key equipments in the compound fertilizer industry, suitable for hot and cold granulation and large-scale production of high, medium and low concentration compound fertilizers.

1. Bracket part
The rotating part of the whole fuselage is supported by the bracket, which bears a lot of force. Therefore, the supporting wheel frame part of the machine is welded by medium carbon steel plate and channel steel, and has passed strict quality control and special process requirements to meet the production standard of this machine. In addition, it is more important to fix the rollers on the shelves. Taking into account the large friction with the rolling belt of the body, our factory specially selects high-quality anti-corrosion and wear-resistant materials, which can greatly improve the service life of the machine. Secondly, the roller frame also adopts integrated casting technology. Finally, the four corners of the roller frame are equipped with hooks, which are convenient for loading, unloading and transportation.
2. Transmission part
The transmission part is the most important part of the whole granulator, which drives the work of the whole body. The transmission frame is welded with high-quality channel steel and has passed strict quality requirements. The main motor and reducer installed on the transmission frame are ISO national inspection-free products with reliable quality.
4. Rolling belt
Pinned to the sides of the body to support the entire body.
5. Body Parts
The most important part of the granulator is the body part, which adopts various special designs: ①It is welded with high-quality medium carbon steel plate; ②The inner wall is made of special rubber liner or acid-resistant stainless steel liner; ③The traditional scraper device is eliminated to achieve Automatically remove scars, tumors, etc.
