- Coating: After drying and cooling, the granules enter the coating process. The coating material is evenly sprayed onto the surface of the granules using a coating machine, and rolled in a drum to evenly distribute the coating material. The coating process can reduce dust, improve water absorption and agglomeration, and enhance the deodorizing effect. Afterwards, the coated granules are dried and cooled again to ensure that the coating material is fully solidified.
- Packaging: After weighing, the qualified cat litter particles are automatically packaged into bags for easy sales and transportation.
